Are the pieces handmade?

Yes. Every Soot & Sprout piece is hand-pinched in Jingdezhen, China without molds. Small differences in texture, proportion, color, and expression are part of each piece.

How do I use an incense holder?

Use one incense stick in the opening and always place the holder on a separate heat-resistant ash tray. Incense and ash trays are not included.

How do I use an aroma stone?

Add a few drops of your own perfume or fragrance oil to the unglazed surface, then allow the piece to absorb and dry before handling. Aroma stones are not incense holders.

When will my order ship?
