All Soot & Sprout Studio orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Wuhan, China.

### Processing time

Orders are normally prepared and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days. This preparation period is separate from transit time.

- **United States:** Standard tracked shipping is US$8.90. Shipping is free on merchandise orders of US$59 or more. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 7-15 business days.
- **East & Southeast Asia:** We currently ship to Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, and Vietnam. Standard tracked shipping is US$6.90. Shipping is free on merchandise orders of US$59 or more. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 4-10 business days.
- **Europe:** We currently ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Standard tracked shipping is US$12.90. Shipping is free on merchandise orders of US$79 or more. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 8-18 business days.

### Tracking and delivery

When your parcel is dispatched, we will email tracking details to the address used at checkout. Transit estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, public holidays, weather, or other events outside our control.

### Customs and import charges

Orders ship internationally from China. Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local handling charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
